This decadent creamy dip is made with cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and flavorful herbs and spices. Serve this warm with crostini, pita chips or crackers. Veggie sticks are perfect too! SImply irresistible! Oven: 25 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, replace board lid with foil. Add 10 minutes covered baking time.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Remove lid, place pan on baking sheet, and place on middle rack in oven. Bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Then turn on broiler. Broil until cheese is slightly brown on top, 2-3 minutes. Serve warm.
Serving Suggestions: crostini, assorted crackers or celery sticks
