Simple presentation defies the complex flavor of these carrots dressed with butter, two kinds of sugar and apple cider vinegar.  Stovetop – 10 minutes if thawed, 15 minutes if frozen.


Preparation:  Thaw completely; or carrots can be cooked from frozen.   


Cooking Instructions:  Heat medium saucepan over medium heat.  Add contents of bag to saucepan.  Cook 10 minutes (15 minutes if frozen) or until crisp tender.
