The tangy, salted Feta and the earthy spinach just seem to belong in ground turkey.   Delicious and fancy; yet a fantastic way to hide veggies for the most picky eaters.  Grill or Stovetop:  15 minutes.

 

PreparationThaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, remove burgers from pan and place on microwaveable dish to defrost in microwave.

 

Cooking InstructionsStovetop: Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat.  Cook patties 5 - 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 165F on an instant read thermometer.  Time may vary due to differences in ovens.  Grill:  Heat grill on medium high.  Cook burgers 5 - 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 165F on instant read thermometer. Serve burgers with dill sauce or use sauce as a dressing on salad greens.

 

Suggested Sides:  Serve on ciabatta or pita bread with tomatoes
