Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 1-2 hours extra cooking time.
Cooking Instructions: Slow cooker method: Place contents of bag in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until meat is very tender. Carefully remove meat to cutting board, reserving juices. Use a knife to cut the steak against the grain into thin slices. Oven method: Preheat oven to 250F. Place contents of bag into baking dish. Cover tightly (lid or foil). Bake 6-7 hours. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
Place sliced flank steak on platter, and drizzle reserved juices on meat.
