Enjoy little fuss and big results with this quick one-dish meal.  Tender chicken breasts are seasoned with garlic and lemon, then browned and topped with potato wedges and asparagus spears.  Stovetop -  20 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.


Preparation:  Thaw chicken completely.  If chicken is frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.  Keep bag of potatoes and asparagus frozen until ready to cook.


Cooking Instructions:  Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.  Spray skillet with non-stick coating.  Cook chicken 5-8 minutes on each side until browned and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer.  Add potatoes and asparagus to skillet.  (If desired, cut 2 tablespoons butter into small pieces and scatter on top of vegetables, or drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil).  Cover and cook 5-8 minutes or until asparagus is tender and potatoes are hot.
