Become an expert at serving fish with this no-fail dish.  Mild white tilapia fillets are topped with a thick, crunchy potato crust and a touch of Parmesan cheese.  The fish bakes up moist, and you’ll field requests for seconds.  Oven -  25 minutes if thawed, 30 minutes if frozen.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 5-8 minutes extra baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Place tilapia on greased baking sheet, discarding liquid in bag.  Mix topping in small bag.  Sprinkle topping evenly on tilapia.  Bake uncovered 22-25 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.  Cover loosely with a piece of foil for the last few minutes if topping turns too brown before fish is done.
