A generous flank steak marinated in teriyaki, garlic, herbs, honey and orange flavors is ready for a quick grill outdoors or on the stovetop grill or skillet. It has a mild Asian flavor plus a fresh, citrus accent.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave, or meat will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high. Remove steak from bag and discard marinade. Place steak on grill or skillet and cook on both sides until medium-rare, about 20 minutes (140F on instant read thermometer), turning halfway through. Let steak rest 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain into very thin slices. For tender juicy meat, cook only to medium-rare and slice very thin.
Suggested Sides: Rice and steamed broccoli
