You don’t have to touch an appliance to serve this protein-packed chilled salad featuring five kinds of beans, black olives, artichokes, tomatoes, feta and classic Greek seasonings.  All made with gluten free ingredients.  It can be a delightful meal by itself.


Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before serving.  Empty salad into serving bowl and serve chilled.
