These sweet, juicy and tender baby back ribs will bring you rave reviews. Marinated in our special recipe of soy, sugar, garlic, ginger and much more. Truly outstanding! Slow cook in the oven, grill outside or broil in the oven - time varies according to cooking methods.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Grill or Oven: Preheat grill or broiler to 325F. Remove ribs from bag, slather each side of ribs with about a third of the marinade. Reserve the rest of marinade for later use. Wrap ribs in heavy duty foil. Seal well. Place wrapped ribs on a sheet pan then to the top of grill or oven. Cook ribs for 2 hours or until done (160F on instant read thermometer). Carefully unwrap ribs and finish them on grill or under the broiler with meat side up, about 5 minutes per side. Sauce: Empty reserved marinade into small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer. Serve small amount of marinade over ribs. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens or grills.
