Tender and juicy pork rib eye steaks marinate in sweet, garlicky and mildly spicy marinade - simply delicious. Top the braised pork and green beans with the simmered marinade for an easy and elegant supper.
Preparation: Keep vegetables frozen until ready to use. Thaw pork chops completely. If meat is frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave or meat will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Heat a large skillet with 1-2 tablespoons oil and cook pork over medium heat 6-8 minutes on each side or until browned. Empty Sauce bag into skillet. Add 1 tablespoon water to sauce bag. Swirl liquid in bag then add liquid to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until internal temperature of pork is 155F on instant read thermometer. Plate pork and drizzle sauce over meat. Keep warm. In the same skillet, add green beans and 3 tablespoons water. Sauté the vegetables. Cover and steam the green beans for about 2-3 minutes until it’s bright green and tender. Serve warm with pork.
