This beautiful layered frittata is perfect for a cozy supper or easy Sunday brunch. Layers of hash browned potatoes, ham, and Jack and Cheddar cheeses are enriched with eggs and sour cream. So yummy and rich, you'll find yourself craving it at midnight as well! Oven - 80 minutes thawed.


Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 15 - 20 minutes baking time.  When thawed, be careful not to spill egg mixture.


Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Remove lid. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 60-70 minutes or until center is set and internal temperature is 165 degrees. Tent with foil if cheese is too brown before center is set.  Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
