Tasty salmon fillets are coated in a traditional gluten free blackened seasoning. Not too spicy, but full of flavor. Perfect for the grill but can also be cooked under the oven broiler. Serve with our refreshing Citrus Chive Sauce (provided). Grill or Stovetop: 6-10 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely in refrigerator, 24 hours.
Cooking Instructions: Remove paper before cooking. Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium high heat. Grill salmon filets for 3-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 140°. Serve with Citrus Chive Sauce. Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Place unwrapped salmon on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes or until top is brown and fish is flaky. Sauce: Thaw and mix well with a fork before serving. Cooking and thaw times may vary.
Serving Suggestion: Serve warm on top of mixed greens with diced cucumber. Drizzle Citrus Chili Sauce over salmon & greens. Add multi-grain rolls to finish.
