Sure to be a new family favorite! These beautiful, oven baked, center-cut pork chops are topped with just the right amount of orange preserves, then a crispy layer of spices, breadcrumbs, and olive oil. Oven: 20 minutes thawed, 30 minutes frozen.


Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10 minutes baking time.


Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 425F. Remove lid, and place pan on baking sheet. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden and internal temperature of pork chop is 160F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
