Sure to be a new family favorite! These beautiful, oven baked, tender pork rib eyes are topped with a crispy layer of apricots, seasoned breadcrumbs, and olive oil. Oven: 20 minutes thawed, 30 minutes frozen.


Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10 minutes baking time.


Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 400F. Remove lid, and place pan on baking sheet. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden and internal temperature of pork chop is 160F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
