Boneless chicken is coated with real coconut and ready for baking to a delicate golden crunch.  The dipping sauce is bright red, sweet-and-sour and so yummy you will want to get every drop.

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If chicken is frozen or partially frozen, add 5-10 minutes baking time.  If sauce is frozen, defrost in microwave.

Cooking Instructions:   Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick coating. Remove chicken from pan, place on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken and bake an additional 20 minutes or until brown and crispy and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.  Stovetop: Heat large skillet on medium-high heat and add 4 tablespoons cooking oil. Cook chicken 15-20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is brown on both sides and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer.  Sauce: Pour bag of sauce into small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Serve sauce with chicken.
