Get a taste of Italy! Our juicy, all-natural chicken breasts are marinated in a classic blend of balsamic vinegar, olive oil and basil, making them perfect for the grill or stovetop. Served with our yellow squash and sun-dried tomatoes for a low-fat, high-flavor dish. Grill or stovetop - 12-15 minutes if thawed, 15-20 minutes if frozen.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If chicken is frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag and pour marinade into small saucepan. Simmer until hot and bubbly. Place chicken on grill and cook 6-7 minutes on each side or until done (165F on instant read thermometer), brushing often with the cooked marinade. Stovetop: Add chicken with marinade to pre-heated skillet and cook over medium-high heat 6-7 minutes on each side or until done (165F on instant read thermometer). Slice chicken into thin strips, drizzle with cooked marinade, and serve.  Squash: Place vegetables in grill pan or preheated skillet, cook 8-10 minutes until tender crisp. Serve warm.

 

Suggested Sides:  buttered noodles or roasted potatoes
