Corn tortillas are layered with diced chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions and drenched in a creamy sauce flavored with mild green chiles topped with more cheese. Oven – 40-50 minutes if thawed, 55-65 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, replace lid with foil. Add 15-20 minutes covered baking time.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Place pan on baking sheet and bake covered with foil 35-45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
