Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost fish slightly in microwave before cooking.  Do not over-microwave, or fish will be tough.

Cooking Instructions: Salmon-Grill or Stovetop:  Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.  Remove salmon from bag and discard marinade.  Cook salmon on grill or in hot skillet 5-8 minutes on each side or until fish is flaky.  Oven: Preheat oven to 400F.  Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Remove salmon from bag and discard marinade.  Place salmon in baking dish and brush 1 tablespoon sauce from small bag over each filet.  Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.  Sauce:  Pour remaining sauce from small bag into small saucepan.  Simmer 5 minutes or until it just caramelized.  Drizzle simmered marinade over salmon.
