This fabulous burger is mixed with diced bacon and stuffed with crumbled blue cheese. A little of the blue cheese chive sauce literally makes this an over-the-top burger for blue cheese lovers. Grill: 20 minutes. Oven: 30 minutes.
Preparation: Thaw completely.
Cooking Instructions: GRILL: Heat Grill on medium high. Cook burgers 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 160F on instant read thermometer. OVEN: Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a broiling pan with slits with non-stick coating. Put the broiling pan over another pan to catch drippings. Place burgers on broiling pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes flipping halfway until internal temperature reads 160F on instant read thermometer.
