Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen defrost meat and sauce in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Heat a skillet on medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and bag of meat to skillet. Cook 5 to 8 minutes browning meat on all sides. Reduce heat to low, pour sauce over the meat, cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Turn off the heat and stir in the sour cream. Noodles: In medium saucepan, bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add noodles and boil 8 -9 minutes or until tender. Drain noodles and serve with Stroganoff.
