Barbecued Meatloaf – Always a family favorite, we’ve taken meatloaf a step above and glazed it with our zesty barbecue sauce. Oven: 1 hour if thawed, 1 hour 20 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before shaping into loaf.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a baking sheet or baking dish with non-stick coating. Remove meat from bag and shape into a loaf on baking sheet or in baking dish. Bake uncovered 45 minutes (1 hour for full size) or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. Sauce: Snip a corner of the sauce bag. Distribute the sauce evenly on top of meatloaf the last 10 minutes of cooking time. For quicker baking, place meatloaf mixture in greased muffin pans and bake 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
