Salmon fillets are blanketed with a fresh dill and chive sauce and topped with diced tomatoes. Simply delicious!  Oven: 20 minutes

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-15 minutes baking time or until fish is flaky.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375F. Place pan on baking sheet and bake covered 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven, remove lid, and turn on broiler. Place pan 4-6 inches from broiler and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

 

Suggested Sides:  Wild rice and tossed salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
