Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-15 minutes covered baking time.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Replace board lid with piece of foil. Place pan on baking sheet and bake covered 12-13 minutes. Remove pan from oven, remove foil, and turn on broiler. Place pan 4-6 inches from broiler and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until blueberries burst, vegetables are tender and fish flakes easily with a fork. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
Suggested Sides: Roasted potatoes or wild rice, fresh salad greens
