Our classic cornbread dressing is given a kick with tangy dried cranberries.  It’s topped with six seasoned chicken breasts and baked to tender, moist perfection.  Your kitchen will smell like Grandma has been cooking all day. 


Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 15-20 minutes to the covered baking time.

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375F. Replace board lid with foil. Place entrée on baking sheet, and bake covered 35 minutes.  Uncover and bake 8-10 minutes or until dressing is golden and chicken is done (165F on instant read thermometer for the chicken).  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.

Suggested Sides:  Chilled cranberry sauce or gravy and steamed green beans
