Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 15-20 minutes covered baking time before proceeding with uncovered baking time.


Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375F. Remove lid. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes (35-40 minutes for regular entree) or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160F on an instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
