One of our most popular beef entrées, this recipe includes our special mix of soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, brown sugar, and other Asian flavors.  Pop it on the grill, or cook in a skillet on the stovetop.  Everyone loves steak, and this one is the best!  Grill or Skillet - 15-20 minutes if thawed.


Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.


Cooking Instructions:  Steak: Preheat grill or large skillet. Remove steak from bag, discarding bag, and cook steak on grill or in hot skillet until medium-rare (140F on instant read thermometer), turning after the first 10 minutes. Let meat rest 5 minutes before cutting against the grain into thin slices. For tender juicy meat, cook only to medium-rare and slice very thin. Sauce: Pour sauce from portion cup into a small sauce pan and simmer 1 minute on low heat. Drizzle simmered marinade over sliced steak just before serving.
