Boneless skinless chicken breasts marinate in a tangy barbecue sauce accented with fresh ginger, garlic, citrus, and traditional Asian flavors. Serve over the fluffy white rice and dinner is done Stovetop: 20 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil, or spray skillet with non-stick coating. Add chicken breasts, reserving marinade, and cook about 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Add reserve marinade to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Rice: Place rice in microwaveable container; add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for regular entrée). Cover and heat in microwave 1 minute or until hot. Serve chicken with rice.
