An excellent choice for any day of the week. Delicious burgers perfect for a quick frying in a skillet or outdoor grilling. This savory recipe combines lean ground turkey, flame-roasted Fuji apples and just the right amount of curry and spices to give it a light Asian feel that works perfectly with or without a bun. Grill or Stovetop: 20 minutes.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen remove burgers from pan and place on microwaveable dish and defrost in microwave.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Stovetop: Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook patties 5 - 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 165F on an instant read thermometer. Time may vary due to differences in ovens. Grill: Heat grill on medium high. Cook burgers 5 - 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 165F on instant read thermometer.

 

Suggested Sides:  Asian Slaw with Sesame-Ginger Vinaigrette and Rice or Sweet Potato Fries
