Almond-Crusted Chicken – A light but flavorful crust keeps the chicken breast moist and tender. Homemade almond meal, special seasoning and lemon zest make a delectable combination and a simply satisfying chicken dish.  Oven – 20-25 minutes if thawed, 35-40 minutes if frozen.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If chicken is frozen or partially frozen, cover chicken with foil and bake covered 10-15 minutes before proceeding with uncovered baking time

  

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Place pan on baking sheet. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done or internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
