Asian Takeout - Stir-Fried Chicken and Vegetables, Classic Fried Rice, Fortune Cookies. 

 

Join Chef Karen as she takes you on a trip to your favorite Asian restaurant. Learn the secrets of chopping vegetables the Asian way. Try your hand at stir-frying with a wok. You may not need to order takeout again because you will be able to make a great stir-fry in your own kitchen.

Pasta Party! – Homemade Fresh Fettucine, Pepperoni Sauce, Cheesy Garlic Bread, Italian Gelato

No pasta from a box here!  Chef Karen will teach you how to cut your own fresh pasta using the hand-cranked pasta machines.  We’ll make the famous Pepperoni Sauce to go with it (tastes like pizza), and the best cheesy garlic bread you’ve ever tasted.  If you still have room, we’ll have some Italian gelato to end on a sweet note.

Fancy Tea Party - Elegant Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Dainty Cucumber Sandwiches, Cream Puffs with Pastry  Cream and Strawberries, Fancy Teas.

Let’s plan a Fancy Tea Party for all your friends. The guiding words for it are “elegant” and “dainty”. We will work on a beautiful presentation for our party and serve the most tasty and elegant sandwiches. We’ll make quick and easy pastry cream for our Cream Puffs (baked at home by Chef Karen) and top them off with strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar. Chef Karen will have her collection of vintage teacups and saucers for serving our fancy and
exotic teas.

Mexican Fiesta - Tampico Tacos, Salsa Fresca, Famous Guacamole, Sopapillas with Honey Vanilla Ice.

It has been said there are no unhappy people in Mexican restaurants. This class will show you how to cook up this happiness at home. Learn how to put together a fun and tasty taco bar complete with salsa made from scratch and Chef Karen’s famous guacamole. Then learn a quick way to end your Mexican Fiesta on a sweet note.

Spaces are very limited.  Please call 615-595-8899 during business hours Monday to Saturday to register your child.  Payments are needed to secure reservations.  Full refund will be issued only if cancellation is made

7 days prior to class date.  After the grace period, partial refund will be issued as store credit.
