The rich, robust flavors of Italy infused juicy chicken breasts and our tasty mix of sundried tomatoes, fresh vegetables and cannellini beans.  Your home will smell divine with the aromas of herbs and a splash of white wine in the sauce that binds this beautiful dish.  Stovetop:  15 minutes.


Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave.


Cooking Instructions:  Heat a skillet on medium-high heat.  Add content of bag with chicken to skillet in a single layer.  Cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned.  Reduce heat to medium; add the vegetables and 2 tablespoons water.  Cover and simmer 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165F on an instant read thermometer.


Suggested Sides:  Dinner Rolls or Garlic Knots
