Take your family on a culinary tour of Tuscany.  Penne pasta is surrounded by a sauce that tastes kissed by the sun – tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms, Italian herbs – and is topped with plump chicken breasts and a generous helping of mozzarella cheese. 

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 20-30 minutes covered baking time before proceeding with uncovered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Place pan on baking sheet and bake covered 45 minutes (30 minutes for regular entree).  Remove lid and press any exposed pasta down into sauce.  Bake another 15 minutes (10 minutes for regular entree) or until pasta is tender and internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.

 

Suggested Sides:  Garlic bread, tossed salad
