White and flaky tilapia with a tortilla, chipotle and lime crust. You'll be proud to serve this to dinner guests, yet it's easy enough for a special home supper. Oven, from frozen - 30 minutes.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 5-8 minutes baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Place tilapia on greased baking sheet, discarding liquid in bag.  Gently mix topping in small bag.  Sprinkle topping evenly on each piece of fish.  Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.  Cover loosely with a piece of foil for the last few minutes if topping turns too brown before fish is done.
