Your family might mistake your dining room for a fine restaurant when they sit down to this elegant entrée.  Chicken breasts are marinated with tarragon and cooked on the grill or in a skillet and topped with our béchamel sauce with just a touch of wine if you wish. 

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.  Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.

 

 

 

Cooking Instructions:  Grill:  Preheat grill to medium heat.  Remove chicken from bag and discard bag.  Grill chicken 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer.  Place contents of sauce bag in saucepan and cook until hot and bubbly.  Serve sauce over chicken.  Stovetop:  Preheat skillet over medium heat; add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or spray pan with non-stick coating.  Cook chicken 6-7 minutes on each side or until browned and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer.  Add contents of sauce bag to chicken in skillet, and cook until hot and bubbly. 

 

Suggested Sides:  Grilled vegetables, sliced tomatoes with Italian dressing
