Preparation: Thaw completely. If steak is frozen or partially frozen, add 3-5 minutes cooking time or defrost slightly in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or steak will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Grill or broiler: Preheat grill or broiler to high heat. Place steak on grill or 6 inches from broiler on a foil-lined pan. Cook, turning once, until steak is desired doneness, 5-8 minutes on each side for medium rare (140F on instant read thermometer). Skillet: Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 5-8 minutes on each side for medium rare (140F on instant read thermometer). Let steak rest 5 minutes before cutting against the grain into very thin slices. Serve the horseradish sauce (cold or at room temperature) with steak.
