Satisfy your steak craving with this lean and tender version, flavored with fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard and garlic.  The juicy steak tastes great on its own, or for an extra kick and authentic steakhouse flavor, serve it with our zesty horseradish sauce.  Grill or broiler – 15-20 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.

 

Preparation: Thaw completely. If steak is frozen or partially frozen, add 3-5 minutes cooking time or defrost slightly in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or steak will become tough.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Grill or broiler: Preheat grill or broiler to high heat. Place steak on grill or 6 inches from broiler on a foil-lined pan. Cook, turning once, until steak is desired doneness, 5-8 minutes on each side for medium rare (140F on instant read thermometer). Skillet: Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 5-8 minutes on each side for medium rare (140F on instant read thermometer). Let steak rest 5 minutes before cutting against the grain into very thin slices. Serve the horseradish sauce (cold or at room temperature) with steak.
