This breakfast treat is also delightful for lunch or dinner.  We’ve combined all the flavors of Eggs Benedict Florentine, plus crumbled sausage, cheddar and mozzarella cheese.  Oven – 33-35 minutes if thawed, 45-50 minutes if frozen.


Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-12 minutes baking time.


Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Remove lid and place pan on baking sheet.  Bake uncovered 33-35 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.  Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.


Suggested Sides:  Fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls
