Oven roasted juicy pork tenderloin coated with parsley, thyme and a special blend of ground pepper. Apples are tossed with diced onions, chopped bacon, butter and apple brandy. Add some simple greens for a mouth-watering supper. Oven: 35-40 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, replace lid with foil. Add 15 minutes covered baking time.Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place pan on a baking sheet. Place pan on the center rack and roast for 35-38 minutes or until internal temperature of pork is 150F on an instant read thermometer. Stir apples half way through to brown apples evenly. When done baking, tent with foil. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before carving. Transfer pork to a cutting board and cut it into thin slices. Plate apples next to the pork. Drizzle au Jus from the pan over the pork and apples. Serve warm. Cooking time varies due to differences in equipment.
