Shhh!  Don’t tell the kids this is a sophisticated dinner.  Just wow them with jumbo cheese-filled ravioli covered with a beautiful rose-colored sauce flavored with tomatoes, cream and a hint of red wine.  


Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If ravioli and sauce are frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.


Cooking Instructions:  Heat large skillet over medium heat.  Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil.  When skillet is hot, add ravioli in single layer.  Cook 1- 2 minutes on each side or until browned and crispy.  Depending on size of skillet, you might have to cook in several batches, adding more oil if needed.  Meanwhile, place sauce in saucepan and heat 3-5 minutes or until hot.  Place ravioli in shallow dish, cover with sauce and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.  


Suggested Sides:  Garlic bread and fresh salad greens
