This is a flavorful and fabulous gluten free brunch favorite that’s made with milk, eggs and filled with Mediterranean flavors. Layers of hash browned potatoes, artichokes, spinach, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, kalamata olives are enriched with just the perfect amount of Greek Yogurt. Oven — 60-70 minutes thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 15 - 20 minutes baking time. When thawed, be careful not to spill egg mixture.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 55-60 minutes or until center is set and internal temperature is 165 degrees. Tent with foil if cheese is too brown before center is set. Eggs will continue to cook after it’s removed from oven. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
