Lots of flavor makes this a to-die-for meatloaf.  Extra lean ground beef is mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic, balsamic vinegar and Italian herbs. It’s then topped with our delicious marinara sauce.  Oven - 60 minutes if thawed, 75-80 minutes if frozen.


Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before shaping into loaf.


Cooking InstructionsPreheat oven to 350F.  Spray a baking dish with non-stick coating.  Remove meat from bag and shape into a loaf in baking dish.  Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer.  For quicker baking, place meatloaf mixture in greased muffin pans.  Bake 25 minutes.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.  Sauce: Spread sauce evenly over meatloaf the last 10 minutes of baking time.
