Don’t you just love a sophisticated dinner that is friendly enough for children? This is definitely one of those gems. Boneless pork rib eyes simmer in an amazing sauce that combines the sweetness of honey and maple syrup with the slight tang of dijon mustard and lemon juice. The rich, savory meat is perfectly complemented by the aroma of cinnamon-spiced apples with brown sugar. This dish is the very essence of cozy comfort. Stovetop:  30-35 minutes, thawed.

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If meat and apples are frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.  Do not over-microwave or meat will become tough.

Cooking Instructions:  Spray a skillet with non-stick coating and heat over medium-high heat. Add pork from bag, to skillet and cook until brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Lower heat to medium low. Add marinade from the portion cup. Cover pan and simmer 20 minutes. Apples: Push pork to one side of the skillet. Add apples to the same skillet and simmer additional 5-8 minutes or until internal temperature of pork is 160F on instant read thermometer. Serve pork with apples.
