Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before shaping into loaf.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Spray a baking sheet or baking dish with non-stick coating.  Remove meat from bag and shape into a loaf on baking sheet or in baking dish.  Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer.  For quicker baking, place meatloaf mixture in greased muffin pans and bake 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.  Sauce: Warm garlic sauce in a small saucepan. Slice meatloaf and serve hot with sauce.
