Mild, tender tilapia fillets are simmered briefly in our sauce of lemon, tomatoes, green olives, garlic and thyme. Made with all gluten-free ingredients. If desired, serve over fluffy, steamed rice or just paired it with a salad for a lighter meal. Oven – 20 minutes if thawed, 30 minutes if frozen.


Preparation: Thaw completely. If fish is frozen or partially frozen, add 5-10 minutes cooking time. If sauce is frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.


Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and fish is flaky. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
