Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen defrost in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: STOVE: Heat a medium skillet on medium high heat. Remove chicken from bag and discard bag and any liquid. Cook chicken 15 minutes, turning once. Pour sauce from portion cup over chicken and cook 3 - 5 minutes or until internal temperature reads 165F on an instant read thermometer. Times may vary due to differences in ovens. GRILL: Preheat grill on medium high heat. Remove chicken from bag and discard bag and any liquid. Cook chicken 20 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reads 165F on an instant read thermometer. Meanwhile, pour sauce in small microwaveable bowl, cover and heat 30 seconds. Serve with grilled chicken. RICE: Place rice in microwaveable bowl, add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for regular order) and heat 1 minute or until hot. Serve chicken over rice.
