You will be proud to serve this Asian-influenced entrée. Our salmon filets hold up beautifully when baked with a tangy, sweet sauce flavored with orange juice, ginger and honey. You can choose to serve it with either salad or rice. Oven — 12 minutes, thawed.

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen defrost in microwave.

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 450F. Place salmon in a baking dish discarding any liquid.  Pour half the orange sauce into a small saucepan and warm over low heat.  Pour remaining sauce over salmon.  Bake uncovered 12 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.  Serve salmon with the warmed sauce.
