Inspired by the quintessential English dessert, these toffee cakes are sweetened with brown sugar and dates.  These moist, deeply flavored, and decadent mini bundt cakes comes fully baked in its own individual cup. Can be ready for your guests in less than a minute if you choose to microwave. It's perfect for any occasion.


Note:  Keep frozen until ready to use.


Cooking Instructions: Oven: For best result, preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic film. Place cakes right side up (without removing from cups) on baking sheet. Bake 16-18 minutes. Microwave: Remove plastic film. Place cake, right side up in its cup on plate.  Heat on high for 55 seconds.


After cakes are heated through, immediately invert cakes on serving plates. Caution heat from the cups. Release cakes by applying pressure to the bottom of the cups with thumbs while gently pulling up on the edges.


Serving Suggestion:  Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
