Our Crispy Oven Fried Fish is a healthy alternative to an old favorite. Baked instead of fried, this dish is a flavorful delight of fish fillets incrusted with Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, and crumbled crackers. Oven: 20 – 25 minutes if thawed, 30 to 35 minutes if frozen.



Preparation: Thaw completely. If fish is frozen or partially frozen, add 10 to 15 minutes baking time.


Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with non stick coating. Remove fish from pan and place on baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and top is crispy. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
