Indian spices, cilantro and garlic all combine to marinate all natural boneless chicen breasts in this exotic gluten free grilled entrée. Light and full of flavors to excite the palate. Serve atop our fluffy jasmine rice, included.  12-15 minutes if thawed.


Preparation:   Thaw completely. If chicken is frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.


Cooking Instructions:  Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Place chicken on grill and cook 6-7 minutes on each side or until done (165F on instant read thermometer), brushing often with the cooked marinade. Marinade: Pour reserve marinade into small saucepan and simmer until hot and bubbly. Stovetop: Preheat skillet over medium heat; add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or spray pan with non-stick coating. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes on each side or until browned and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Add reserve marinade and simmer until hot and bubbly. Rice: Place rice in microwaveable container; add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for regular order). Cover and heat in microwave 1 minute or until hot. Slice chicken into thin strips, drizzle with cooked marinade, and serve over rice.


Suggested Side:  steamed vegetables or mango chutney
