Who needs an island getaway when you can bring the tropics to your kitchen? Plump chicken breasts marinated in citrus and spices and are topped with a fabulous peach and pineapple chutney. It's gluten free and dairy free!  Grill or stovetop: 20 minutes if thawed, 25 minutes if frozen.


Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.


Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag, and DISCARD MARINADE. Grill 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer, turning often. Stovetop: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil, or spray skillet with non-stick coating. Add contents of chicken bag. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer.


Serve peachy pineapple sauce chilled or heated. To heat, place in saucepan over medium heat and bring just to a simmer, stirring to keep from sticking.
