This charming Spanish classic features tender chicken breasts with the bold flavors of capers, olives, tomatoes, chopped prunes, oregano and a touch of white wine and balsamic vinegar. Oven – 20-25 minutes if thawed, 35-40 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen add 10 to 15 minutes covered baking time before cooking uncovered.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Uncover pan and place on baking sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reads 165F on instant read thermometer.
