Go a little gourmet with dinner tonight! The original recipe was named after the Spanish coastal town of Marbella. This charming Spanish classic features tender chicken breasts with the bold flavors of capers, olives, tomatoes, chopped prunes, oregano and a touch of white wine and balsamic vinegar. Oven – 20-25 minutes if thawed, 35-40 minutes if frozen.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen add 10 to 15 minutes covered baking time before cooking uncovered.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F. Uncover pan and place on baking sheet.  Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reads 165F on instant read thermometer. 

 

Suggested Sides:  Salad greens and seasoned noodles
